Sunday, December 31, 2006, 11:40 PMthe 1st ever thing that happen in my 2006 years was the nominated name of the SC, which surrisingly have my name =/ shocked me to death man, i never imagine myself in blazer, tie and walking up the stage and receiving the SC badge from MRs. Betty Chow, yes don't ask me why, i am seriously not quite a responsible guy in my own attire and probably attitude. ========================================================  The 2nd big even that happen, was the SL camp, me in the group COBRA did and definitely, allow me to know more friends from the express stream! A fun camp, yet strict and torturing, why torture? imagine the food, half cooked, imagine the training which requires you to have speed, steadiness and most importantly, discipline. Even though i fell sicked and was very torturing i still managed to become an SL probably due to the fact that am a NOMINATED SC. No cobra photo, but i have their name , Weiyang, Zhe lun, Rila, Pei xuan, Jian yang, Bryan tiong, Fernenders and trying my best not to forget melissa And our great IC, JONDAVE AND HUI YU =D ================================================== The third big thing that happen is the commence of Project Leo. lazy to type i will put my leaders content and the starting of Tokuasia. From boss. Lets start off from a short summary on Project LEO. This project to produce Singapore's very own Tokusatsu Hero was started by Kee Liang (who is now in OCS). The first meeting was between Basil, Kee Liang and myself at the MacDonalds at Ngee Ann City. Various meetings, followed by expansion of the staff members grew as months go by. Searching of various costume shops, suggestions of character designs this and that. The tensed up activity of Project LEO was relaxed come May 2006. TokuAsia Movie Festival, an event showcasing various fan fiction movies from Tokusatsu fan writers around the world was held in TokuAsia in June 2006. The one week event saw a total of 18 fan fiction movies being featured in the forum exclusively. Due to the amount of movies waiting to be screened, the event was extended to a second week. Thanks to the event, the forum too saw a decent growth of members from March to June. The festival was very successful, receiving compliments from the participants. This encouraged the forum to organize the event once again, in June 2007 on an even larger scale compared to the one in 2006. ========================= yup this was what i did, am not shy or ashame to say that i am the TOKUASIA HEAD OF MODERATORS =)  van. bas. WJ. am the photographer ======================================== The next big thing that hit is the launch to THAILAND TRIP COMMUNITY SERVICE.=) A trip full of excitement, touchness, hard workingness and the hidden side of everyone. i have nothing to say onthis trip but, u have to see it exprience it yourself, photo time.    ============================================= Then the next big thing will be the NYAA CAMP. =D i shan't eleborate more on this just thats it is hell of fun, and punishment~ =========================================== okay many many more which am very lazy to type lol.. i shall continue tomorrow =) |
